Community Assistance

To increase the region’s opportunities for success, ETEDA provides a broad range of demographic resources and support material, along with a coordinated and consistent prospect follow-up process to the local communities.  Support material includes:

• retail development brochures,
• proximity maps
• geographic overlays
• topographical analyses
• location maps

We also provide regional industry trends data to communities and developers for use in their local planning process.  The annual report to the communities includes information on prospects such as the number of requests for buildings, building size, ceiling height, number of actual projects and the types of industry considering the region. 

A key element of community assistance which ETEDA provides is a forum to discuss common issues, such as tax incentives, air quality, air service, etc
