Regional Partners

The centralized location of ECD, including business development, small business and community development, TVA and ETEDA establishes an effective single point of contact for potential prospects and the region’s economic development community. This team approach produces quality and timely responses to client needs and enhances the region’s competitiveness.

As members of the ETEDA Advisory Committee, the local economic developers from each of the region’s 15 counties are an integral part of the regional economic development team.

In addition to the economic development community, ETEDA works closely with East Tennesseans for Airfare Competition, who actively promote the McGhee Tyson Airport and focus on marketing to potential low fare carriers.  Since ETAC’s mission closely aligns with ETEDA’s, the ETAC president is now co-located in the ETEDA office.
