Forbes Best Places for Business and Careers
Knoxville is again among the best cities in the country to do business, according to Forbes magazine's 2008 rankings recently released.
Metropolitan Knoxville is No. 10 on the latest list of the best metro areas for business and careers.
The magazine cited the region's relatively low business costs - 14 percent below the national average - as one of Knoxville's strengths.
Forbes ranked the 200 largest metro areas according to business costs, education, cost of living, crime rates and job and income growth.
